GoViral MCP privacy
What GoViral collects, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us.
What we collect
- Account data: the email addresses of people who sign in to the console, and their role on an account.
- Sign-in data: sign-in codes (stored hashed, expiring after 10 minutes), console sessions (7 days) and a trusted-device cookie (180 days), each stored hashed. The sign-in IP address and browser user agent are kept with the session.
- Credentials: API keys and OAuth tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. We cannot read them back.
- Content you create through the tools: product briefs, audience studies and their derived profiles, scripts, characters and render plans.
- Usage records: for each tool call, the account, the tool name, whether it succeeded and the time. We do not store your conversation with Claude. We receive only the arguments your client sends to a tool.
How we use it
To sign you in, run the tools you call, show your data in the console, apply rate and budget limits, and keep the service secure and working. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else receives it
- Model and audience services. To do the work, the text of your briefs and the tool arguments may be sent to the model route we use through imagia (which forwards it to a model provider) and to Stratico Audience Intelligence for audience studies. DatosIA is queried for public data about markets.
- Email delivery. Sign-in codes and connection notices are sent through AI Mail MCP.
- Infrastructure. The service runs on Railway, behind Cloudflare.
- Render assets. If paid rendering is ever switched on for an account, script text and image prompts go to imagia and its media providers to make the assets.
We do not share your data with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
Expired sign-in codes, sessions, devices and OAuth grants are deleted automatically. Content you create is kept while the account exists. To close an account or have your data deleted, email hello@goviralmcp.com. You can also disconnect any connected app yourself under Connected apps in the console.
